We just had Lake City do 11 windows last week. They are local & were fantastic. We have California shutters, they were the only place that assured us the shutters would go back in (all other companies would not guarantee, some wouldn’t even quote). We have wainscoting around the window in one bathroom – no issues getting the window in!

Rating: 10/10 – I have been using this company for the past 15 years for three of my homes- they actually were doing a job for an entire townhouse complex where I lived when I first met them. I have found that their prices are the best around – the quality of the windows is excellent and the cleanup is great. I’ve had several quotes from different companies but Lake City always comes in with the best quote. They are also able to do jobs that other companies are not able to do for example replacing metal framed basement windows. Staff are extremely friendly and Ken is amazing.

Ken and his company came well-recommended by a contractor whose work we were pleased with. We found Ken to be knowledgeable, informative and competitively priced. The workmanship and professionalism of Paul and his installation team was also first class. This is a company that truly seems to care about their customer. I would also highly recommend them based on my experience.
